Stil alot less work than the modders putted in making the mod :)
But if you haven't played 1.6 yet I would recommend to not mod heavely for now and play the game as is. Otherwise you won't know what is vanilla and what is modded.
A few Qol mods are fine ofc but can also easely trow off balance in the game.
Also if you plan to spend much time in the Skull cavern there is an elevator mod which lets you carry on from where you left of the last time you were there, so you can get much further down and there is no real bottom to the place, I have been to level 1700 with the elevator and tractor mods.
Dont do to many at the beginning , you can always add more later.
