Tips for Ginger island
are the golden walnuts just found in the lava dungeon and hidden around with puzzles like the cave where you have to play Simon say? That took me 4 attempts and I literally had to close my eyes and listen to the tunes cause it's random every time, I just hoped that was the hardest puzzle on this island.

There's a lot of golden nuts found in a variety of locations and activities there.

The Simon one is the hardest one, in my opinion. There are a few other puzzles here and there, though. You will have to explore the island while it is raining for some of them... And that is all the spoilers I am going to give. :rose: If you need a guide, though, the Wiki is a fantastic resource.

For Simon Says, if you're okay with cheesing it completely you can record a video of the sequence on your phone and then watch the recorded video to know the exact order to hit the crystals, then repeat for the later rounds until you win. :eggthief:

I'm actually good at Simon say it's just the randomized pattern mess with my brain also I already beat it so i dont need to do the record cheat XD
They're hidden pretty much everywhere, but there are a few more than you actually need to unlock everything, so it's rather unlikely that you get stuck on not finding something or being prevented from progressing due to bad luck.

Also you can go to the parrot in Leos hut and he'll give you a hint towards where you're still missing them. The tip changes once per day, so if you can't find something for the current tip or don't like what you've to do, then you could just come back again on the next day to get a different tip.

And overall there's also guides you can look up.

you can also buy them from the golden joja bird in the northern part, left to the vulcano
the simon says is the hardet but the archologist tent based things are the most anoying, especialy the collections that need fishing luck, or even more anoying, panning.

the main thing you need to know is that there is a free guaranteed ostrich egg on the island and you should not get rid of it because if you hatch it then it makes getting them so so so much easier than slaving away looking for rare chests and praying to yoba to forgive you for wasting the only freebie egg and to give you a new one
otherwise ginger island is pretty relaxing though kinda annoying at times and rather difficult if you don't have walnut guide open though you shouldn't sweat it and take things at your own pace! maybe take a break and admire the island? maybe make a big farm on the island? heck maybe even throw away the ostrich egg i told you not to because a 1/9 from rare chests is a problem for future you!

i hated the mermaid.
the Mermaid one i simple logic, even explained at one diary note. running every day to the ginger quandry in hope to see a sparkle at the water, reaching it in time before it despawns (yes they do that at times) and than on top pray you get the needed panning drop TWO TIMES. thats agravating.
