When does the dinosaur egg appear in the machine that is in the cinema?

They have a chance to appear behind the foliage, you have to try to pick some of them. After this, maybe the egg appear

It's random and i don't think there are any visible indication, you ought to Fish for treasure chests or find one in the Skull Cavern.

The Dino egg doesn't appear behind the foliage that can be grabbed and used for decoration that I know of. The foliage in the bottom left area is where the Dino egg may appear. Other random prizes can be hiding there as well.
