Rusty Spur not available in mines tilling?
The Stardew Valley wiki states that Rusty Spur is available at a 0.16% chance by tilling in the mines at any floor, but I've just spent days doing so and not finding a single one. Instead I found:

15 Rusty Spoons
11 Rusty Cogs
7 Strange Doll (Yellow)
2 Strange Doll (Green)
4 Dwarf Gadgets
14 Skeletal Tails

And numerous other artifacts like dwarf scrolls 1-4.

But not one single Rusty Spur.

Is this item bugged or is the Wiki just flat out wrong about it being found in the Mines?

Edit: Wiki was wrong, Rusty Spur is not available in the mines. Updated the wiki to remove that now.

If that's your only method, you haven't put in enough time yet. Think of 0.16% as if you get 10,000 drops from tilling, 16 would be a Rusty Spur on average.
I think the page for the rusty spur may be incorrect, as the page that covers mine tillage drop rates doesn't have the spur listed. The list of item drop rates sums properly on the mine page and also has a game code reference listed. The rusty spur page doesn't have any code references.
Mine page from the wiki can be found here: https://stardewvalleywiki.com/The_Mines#Dirt_Patches

The other listed locations (Farm artifact spots, Artifact troves and Fishing chests) do have data references on their linked pages.

IMO, your best bet is to trade for artifact troves or use treasure totems on the farm if you have access to those methods, otherwise fishing or waiting for natural artifact spots will get you one eventually.
spure is one of the items that normaly haunt you real fast in hordes when you do a little farmwork (read: tilling your acre) , same as the chicken totems.

Rusty Spoons and Rusty Cogs are also 0.16% hence why I put them
The Strange Dolls are 0.03% which is even rarer.
The 0.16% chance is per tile tilled, it is including tilling a tile and getting nothing.

Ah so the wiki does have wrong info then. The Rusty Spur is stated to be from mine tilling on https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Artifacts as well as https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Rusty_Spur

I guess the wiki needs updated to remove those then.

So personally i have found all my rusty spurs by digging up worms around my farm and there does seem to be a lot. Just yesterday start of a new year i found 3. I would make sense finding old spurs on a farm over in a mine shaft logic wise.
EdIt: I just read the wiki for rusty spurs it doesn't say anything about finding them in mines now. Just farm artifact caches, fishing treasure chests or artifact troves. So, somebody must've updated it.
