Whats the most efficient way to unlock Harder Mines and The Volcano?

Do you guys do the community center everytime? Or is it better to do like half the community center then switch to Joja?

Joja will always be faster if you can make enough gold. I would say finish the Crafts Room then go for Joja since it has the easiest items or wait until you can finish the Vault Room to get the Crystalarium then go for Joja.

I do the community center every time, however Joja is faster.

Boiler Room and Vault could be worth doing before switching to Joja, as well as some individual bundles, like Crab Pots.

I do the community center every time only because i don't like Joja personaly, I don't mind which is faster, if you use mods CJB item spawner will make it all done in one night if you really want speed, or even joja, you can get money instantly too with CJB cheat menu.
