So, if you get bored easily, why not decide on some personal goals that excite you and work towards those? While SDV is a cozy game at its core, nobody forces you to stick to that playstyle
Give it a shot it might inspire a new way for you to play, or convince you that the original way to play is better.
Also, Sprinkler and Keg spam could be very boring. Beach Farm is designed to break that barrier.
but your first question should always be, what exactly is fun to you? what do you like the most?
I prefer early game/first year so I start over whenever it turns into some kind of routine or just to try something new like when I went full on coop and barn without crops just to see what it was like (pigs are annoying in their needed setup)
