can only use 4.0.0 alpha smapi

At the first I downloaded the newest smapi, but it kept showing the message "StardewValleyAPI contains malware" and stop me from starting the game. Then I tried other versions of smapi, but the only version I can use now is the 4.0.0 alpha smapi. However, it was too old that it was no longer compatible with the mods, so can anyone help me to solve this issue? Thank you so much😭 My computer is MacOS.
