Fish pond and legendary fish

I have several fish ponds with the younger generation of legendary fish. but their maximum capacity is 1/1. I can't improve the capacity since there are no quests from the legendary fish. is it designed so as not to break the game economy on the legendary caviar, or did I catch a mistake?

I have several ponds on my farm with legend II fish, yes without mods they only hold one fish.

but you can juice the ponds with golden animal crackers, when the legend 2 ponds hit, the stuff is really valuable.
