playing it with other people is fun specially when played with close friends so you can plan together for your farm. though it wholly depends on your play style since single and multi has different experiences like you can pause your game anytime in single and in multi you share resources like coins and walnuts in ginger island

very good, your friend might get burnout though, expect at least a week of playtime before they get overwhelmed

just remember to set it up properly. Decide together what kind of farm it will be (you can have ANY really, not only four corners for multiplayer), and specially, set if the money is a single pool for everyone, or each player have their own wallets (you can send money to other players on mayor house in this case, anyway).

I’ve been loving co-op with my boyfriend, it’s his first ever time playing the game but now I own it on every single gaming platform just to play with him on pc! I think it’s worth it, we have it so we share the gold but if you don’t like sharing gold I recommend having it so everyone gets their own gold <3

co op is honestly so fun ive been playing Stardew with my friend since like middle school and we have two main farms together and we have husbands and kids and a massive farm
