Does Item ID Name Keep you from Perfection?

I have a bunch of Mystic trees placed in the wrong location, and i don't have the resources to craft all them again, so i thought just get some seeds via the item ID name Cheat, only for moving the trees nothing else. But i get a nasty message from Qi saying He thought i wanted to play fair... I don't want to be locked out of anything, but i really don't want to wait 2 years just to get these trees replanted XD. So can i safely use the Cheat without Borking my save and locking me out of Achievement and perfection?

Nah he is just messing with you, this game doesn't have anything that will prevent you from cheating at least that i heard.

1.6 did add a special cutscene for those that cheat their way to the summit earlier than expected (i.e. before reaching 100% completion) and punishes the player for doing so.

I'm pretty sure that's the only time the game will ever punish you for cheating, however, and that relies on a different glitch entirely. Whereas no matter how much you use the Item ID glitch, you should be okay.
