If you have read Jewels Of The Sea, you could catch a bunch of Sturgeon (using targeted bait) on a good Luck day to get their Roe in a Treasure Chest. This can save you time and money if you are good at Fishing.

all fish produce eggs that produce roe, which can be turned into aged roe. but if you want the thing you can ship yeah thats sturgeon.

if you want actual money, I would go with something else. currently working on that for best approach. my last run I went decently heavily into fish ponds. had some lava eel ponds which were kinda nice but the cash from them was kinda low. I was getting alot of roe and alot of other things (spicy eel, magma geodes)

but I only REALLY got money from Legend II fish ponds. which were hard to scale up.

They probably wanted it for the Lost Bundle, not selling it for profit. It's a lot less luck dependent than finding prismatic shards or dinosaur eggs.

There's also a chance the Travelling Merchant[stardewvalleywiki.com] will have one in stock. It's how I end up getting one to complete the missing bundle, and then later on another to ship for completing the entire list of forage and produce sold.

if its for the Jojamart bundle its any wine, you just need to age it until its got qualty in your basement in a cask. you could speed the process with fairy dust.

for the wine, you can buy gold quality on ginger island when gus is there I believe
