They only grow in Fall, so that's the best time to buy their seeds and grow them. You can also grow them all year 'round in a greenhouse, or on Ginger Island.

You might also get lucky and be able to purchase one from the Traveling Cart if they are offering it.

Those seeds happen in artifact spots in the ground, that look like waving grass. They're a lot like the artifact spots that look like waving worms.
