Soo i think i went degen mode over the last 2 days playing 18h everyday . soo i have a question i dont think i have anything to do anymore. did some skull caverns, i feel like i have soo much gold i cant even spend it on anything every farm is maxed atd,
is that basically end of the game?,
soo i could just rotate skull caverns and thats it i guess so right?, ty

and also where could i spend money?, i feel like im just drowning in it with nowhere to spend it

The structures from the wizard tower are quite costly - did you do all the Ginger Island stuff, found Mr. Qi's room, have an Infinity weapon, found all secret notes, found the room where you can upgrade each skill again when maxed, done all the achievements? There is a "100% perfection" reward when completing everything

Go to the Wizard's Tower.
If you already returned his magic ink, he'll let you construct special buildings on your farm similar to what Robin allows you to, only his services are always available and happen instantly.

Among these are four warp obelisks which are essentially unlimited use warp totems. Constructing all 4 costs 3 million gold total and is required for 100%.
The Golden Clock, also required for 100%, costs 10 million gold and prevents debris from spawning on your farm.

The question is rather, what you expect from the game. Most people rather play for the cozy atmosphere and just building their farm, more often than not without a proper long term plan.

Like we could recommend you mods like Stardew Valley Expanded or Ridgeside village, but their content will eventually be depleted as well, especially when you rush all friendship storylines or aren't even interested in it to begin with.

Well i love to grind towards lets say new buildings (items), since i have them all and i can afford everything(the things i wanted)
feels depleted, but yeah that was prob the best 47h of game playtime i had in a long time

I just started playing and start over all the time, but there's so many mods for this game that will add new things that you will be able to play it again. Also, there's multiple different types of farms you can try. Another thing is that you can change the settings to make the difficulty level go up by changing how much money you earn-

All games eventually run out of content, or the gameplay loop gets tiresome. Even with mods or challenges. The solutions are to either find a new game to get excited about, or exercise your creativity - learn to make your own mods or games. Or do a real-world hobby. Whatever, but you can't reasonably expect any single-player game to entertain you forever.

Multiplayer competitive games (like chess or sports) are a whole other thing though. You can spend a whole lifetime just doing that, easily.
