How good is the galaxy sword?

It's really good imo. It gets even better once you start to forge and enchant it! But that's later in the game when you have access to Ginger Island and the volcano dungeon.

got it lol. Had neptune's glaive forever, changed to obsidian edge after getting low into the maze. accidentally sold it, and had to deal with no sword until i got a prismatic shard. Lmao

If you have bad luck with prismatic shard, the Lava Katana (for 25k at the guild) - with stats between Obsidian Edge and Galaxy Sword - is a good weapon to farm your 1st prismatic shard in skull cavern.

Once you have unlocked the Ginger Island Vulcano Forge and Mr. Qi's Walnut Room, you can upgrade the Galaxy Sword to the even more powerful Infinity Blade.
