Need help with Vortex and Achievements

Hey all! So I was playing the game with friends, only mods I have are SMAPI and unlimited player mod btw and I launch using the Vortex launcher
I JUST got the Gofer achievement in game, and I do NOT have that on steam
It just didnt register as well, and I've not been able to do the steam overlay when I use the Vortex launcher
I would very much so like to keep doing the achievements on steam, as I have a few I want to complete with friends, so how do I go about getting steam to work with vortex?
