Buying clothes, is it possible?

As a new player a would like to ask if it's possible to buy clothes and change them in the game for the character. Thank you

As far as I know, the vanilla game only allows you to buy hats. Otherwise, you may find different shoes but not change your shirt or pants. There's almost certainly a clothing mod, though, out there somewhere.

you can't buy them except as mentioned above, HOWEVER, you get access to Emily's sewing machine later and can make clothes;; once you do, said clothes can be worn by the MC.

Sometimes you can buy a shirt from Sandy's shop at the desert.

You can only buy hats and some select shirts from Sandy. some shirts have a chance to drop when killing haunted skulls. Thankfully you are able to craft clothing though the sewing machine you get from Emily
