Cookout kit

I caught secret note #6 in the little pond just below the entrance to the farm, so I looked up how to make the food on the list and it told me it needed to be cooked. So I did some research and found that instead of upgrading the house just to make a few dishes I could get a cookout kit. It also says that after completing the medicine bundle in the community center it would either give me it or the recipe. All the bundles in the crafts room are completely done and I don't have the recipe or anything. Was this cookout kit apart of an older version of the game or do I need to level up more in one of the skill sets?

It's only a bundle reward when playing with remixed bundles. The recipe is unlocked at level 9 Foraging.
