I don't know why people mod their games then expect anyone to be able to help them when something goes wrong.
What outfits people are wearing at any given point should be entirely determined by the game data.
Can't think of any reason for the save file data to contain any information regarding what NPCs are wearing, but who knows.
Hopefully the game is coded in a way that mods don't have lasting impact. Everything should be reset to default state at the start of every day.
No its a fresh save, I did both with and without and it did not work. Seems to work now after reinstalling it - which probably means that it had nothing to do with mods, since it works again after I added them back. If you don't have any idea either why even bother answering let people have fun with modding
It's usually safe, esp Decor / misc mod using only Content Patcher, they don't override files.
That's why we have forum, to share and discuss stuff.
