Bone fragment farming

Gunther's advanced job board request requires you to gather 100 bone fragments. I'm on Spring Year 2 and have found 70 fragments over the course of this entire game. What's a reliable way to get more bones?

Farming The Mines was enough for me, killing the skeletons in the Frozen Castle from 70-79. You do have to be a bit lucky, but I was done on a Friday doing those levels every day.

There is another source for Bone Fragments on Ginger Island which is endgame.

I'm pretty sure that you have to gather those after you get the quest. I know that a lot of those quests are like that.

Did you do the prismatic slime mission? That unlocks Monster Musk or something that if consumed makes more monsters spawn in the mine. Go to 71 - 79 to grind bones.

I did it fairly easily. Just run through levels 71-79, go to the top, and repeat. If you are lucky and find an infested level farm that over and over again.
