who is hiding in the bushes?? help!

I keep getting notes ..and I keep trying to meet with "someone" who is hiding in the bushes and watching.
Who is that?
Why arent they ever there?
I go to find them on the day and at the time that I am supposed to but they are never there! Please help!
Is this the alien that crashed in my farm field?
Is it the dwarf?
Is it Krobus?
Who is it?
How do I make them come back?
Is there a way to attract them to come back again or to get more chances to meet them?
Did anyone else have this issue where you go to meet them and find the bush or the tree but they never show up?
Please help, its driving me mad lol.

There are two types of notes that may relate to your issue. This first would be secret note #21. The note depicts an image of a moon, some bushes, and a arrow pointing to one of the bushes. If you go to the bush (which is located by the bridge exiting the beach) and click on it at exactly 12:40 at night, Marine and Mayor Lewis pop out and run away . Another one may also relate to another secret note. This secret note #13. It refers to a item you get when you click on the bush on the 28th of any season at 12:00 P.m. on time. It also could be the lil shadow guy that appears during the winter. If it isn't any of these, then maybe give me a lil more detail or maybe shoot me a message on what number the note is. Hopes this helps and if it doesn't, my apologizes.

Yes one of them was the picture with the moon!
So that is just a note between the mayor and Marnie? Okay I remember catching them before somewhere so it doesn't surprise me.

The other note is one that I received that in winter that asked me to go to a bush near the park where the kids play.
Is that the "shadow guy"? Who is he?
I had a space capsule land on my farm land and I am just wondering if that shadow guy is the alien from the capsule? If so, I am guessing it is to late to find him again... right?
And even if I did he wouldn't be someone who stays around in the game would he?

I am not sure how to find the notes again, so I don't know their numbers anymore. I read them and then after I read them they disapear. Perhaps they are hidden somewhere?

I am looking forward to meeting Krobus and the dwarf and I was hoping that these notes led to them! Haha. I guess they are found later in different ways?

Yes if you open your menu with inventory, socials etc you will find the tab "collections" third from the right. A new menu opens and left you will find a couple new buttons includings mails and secret notes to read again :)

Both the Dwarf and Krobus are "unlocked" via helping the Museum... You can meet the Dwarf fairly early on, but can't talk to him until you help the museum enough.

The 2nd note you're talking about, I think it's just for a decoration for your house. If you shake the bushes it directs you to on a certain day of the month, at a certain time of day, you'll get something cute.

Thanks, somehow it never occurred to me to actually interact with the bush. I just waited, waited, fainted, and lost money while I was out, and then just dismissed the idea. xD

...ok so the note that directed me to the bushes nearby where the kids play 1st gave me a magnifying glass.. the shadow creature came out and gave it to me so I could read the notes. But after that I was directed to a location behind the museum .. but I never found anything there. Maybe it will show up eventually?

Ill get back to focusing on the museum "I kinda fail" :) since I cant wait to meet Krobus and the Dwarf.
I just know Ill never get the aquarium part done as I am horrible at fishing no matter what I do.

the shadow guy with the magnifying glass is what the note was referring to. There is nothing else there. If you had got the note in winter, you would have seen his foot prints in the snow leading to the bush.
