I have a pond and my lava eels want the (basalt item! Can I re-name an animal and type in the code? Do I need to incubate a new one and name it? Or is this cheat code ID glitch patched? Btw this is for pc

You buy an animal and rename it with the ID of an object e.g. [64].

When an NPC mentions the code (in this case Marnie) it gives you the object.
