Cannot find mods folder MAC

Alright so i am unable to find/open my mods folder for stardew valley, I have tried searching for it in my Finder app and its not there, I have tried looking through my laptop manually to find it to no avail, i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling SMAPI, downloading a new mod in hopes it would pop up but neither worked, I have tried googling for the answers but nothing came of that. If anyone knows what i can do other than just uninstalling the game so i don't absolutely mess anything up that would be very helpful. Thank you!!! ADDITIONAL : when i open the game my mods are still in the game and are functioning normally.

Go to the Finder.
Press-and-hold the Option key and go to the Go menu.
Select "Library"
The Library folder is hidden unless you are holding down the Option key.

Library->Application Support->Steam->SteamApps->common->Stardew Valley->Contents->MacOS->Mods

I strongly suggest you manually backup your saves folder before adding or removing mods.

Users-><your user name>->.config->StardewValley->Saves
