*Stardew Valley Expanded[www.nexusmods.com]
*Ridgeside Village[www.nexusmods.com]
*East Scarp[www.nexusmods.com]
Edit: Okay I misread your OP a little. I see you have experience with the Expanded mod. So I would probably go with Ridgeside Village next :> The game becomes really massive when you combine it with the Expanded mod and also East Scarp which is a nice although a bit smaller addition than Expanded and Ridgeside Village

I tried adding all the necessary files for Ridgeside and run my stardew valley expanded year 5 game but it said some mods where removed and my farm (custom grandpa farm from Expanded) is broken by coming back to the old vanilla farm and expanded content has been removed (including my wife :s )
Any advice to know what's wrong ?
Can I add RSV to an existing save?
Yes, you can! Though be careful when you have other mods that use JSON Assets or Quest Framework as it may cause JSON Shuffle. In addition, updating RSV from a pre-2.0 version on an existing save may cause pathing issues the first few days, a sudden influx of events you meet the conditions for and lots of random bushes, trees and debris.
There are a lot of folders for both Expanded and Ridgeside Village. And then plus the other mods they depend on to function properly. I cannot stress enough how important it is to carefully sort everything and make sure you have every folder in the Mods folder.
What I do is I usually download all the mods that the Expanded mod needs, then I place them into a new folder that I name SVE on my desktop, and then I download the expanded mod itself and extract every folder only to then move them into my SVE folder. Then I simply check to see that I have everything and then migrate everything from the SVE folder to the Mods folder. Never fails :> And the same is done with Ridgeside Village. They are very big mods and one little mistake will render them useless.
I updated a bunch of mods to the latest version and it seems to have fixed it :)
