- keep it safe on mac while you switch over
- I don't believe you need to uninstall smapi, but it would be a good idea to download stardew on the pc fresh, then install smapi fresh. After that, mods are drag'n'drop to install/uninstall, but you should also install them fresh to make sure you have the correct version for pc.
- Some mods do change save format, so you will at the very least need to have those mods installed. There aren't many tbh. I think smapi tells me I have 4 that alter it and they're all framework mods, and that was with literal hundreds installed at some point. If you want to have the same mods, know that you'll probably need to actually re-download them, as the correct version. Many wont need it, but some will.
- In addition to your save file, there are some mods that keep their own save files for each of your saves, too. Its a good way to not change the game's save files while still saving custom progress. "Skill Prestige" for example keeps its own save file connected to your main save. You should be able to move those save files over after installing the correct mod version without issue.
