Concernedape Airplane at Summit

Hi, I got into the game quickly and after my first save I'm trying to get perfection on every of the farm type. Today I finished my hilltop farm, with my personal best of Year 3, 15th of Fall. (I look at in game time, not hours on the save)
For the first time I got to see a plane with ConcernedApe banner at the summit. For me it was weird, so I looked it up on the wiki, but there is no info about that. Is there any hidden thing, e.g. if you manage to get perfection before year 4 you get to see it? (any other perfection I got was in year 4, except my first ever farm I got it on year 6)

This made me curious too. Is this the "jet from Harvey's 8-heart event"? It looks different. I just finished a perfection in spring Y3. I got the red plane with the banner too. Curious.
