friendship question
I read that having 10-heart friendship level makes every-day talk with particular person not needed - there is no friendship decay at this stage. But what about people that allow only 8/10? I can have one wife, so she is 10/10... but is there any way to stop decay for pops at 8/10 level? Or can I get them to 10/10 level with some special products? Something like boquet for a love one, but no-love-just-friends thing ;-)

If they can be romanced, then decay stops once you reach 8 hearts.
though it's not really necessary to talk to them ever. They loose 224 friendship per year from decay if you never talk to them, while a liked gift on their birthday gives 360 points, a loved gift even 640. You also get more points for giving higher quality (10 % for silver, 25 % for gold and 50 % for iridium) and the Luau can give 120 additional friendship for all villagers for the best ioutcome

So without doing anything else, you can relatively easily get 4-5x the amount than the decay. In the end it could be removed and most people wouldn't even notice the difference.
The daily decay only stops in certain situations:
It stops for NPCs you can't romance when you reach 10/10 hearts. For NPCs you can romance it stops at 8/8 hearts before you give them the bouquet. If you gave them a bouquet, it'll stop at 10/10 hearts. Once you marry them, the decay never stops.
Thanks!

So I guess it is not worth spending time just walking around and talking with pops. I may try to meet them all at the bar in the evening, but other than that it does not make sense.
The daily bonus from talking to them does add up over the week. Each day you can get 10 or 20 friendship, which, in total, is almost as much as two normal loved gifts.

Depends. If you don't want to check the wiki for what gifts work, talking sometimes tells you what people like. But yeah, it's not really worth to specifically go around talking with people.
Just give people a "liked" gift once in a while, that'll get you a net positive gain. I tend to use Beer, most villagers like it.

And definitely try to remember people's birthday's, that's a huge boost.
Well... I've missed most of the birthdays ;-P. I try to focus now on certain gifts - like quartz, aquamarine to people who enjoy these, flowers, horseradish and low-tier meals (sashimi) to others. Most of the time I avoid giving high tier gifts, though I think at some point it may need to change.
The friendship decrease stopps once you got full hearts right? and not much per day if I read it correctly on google. It should take ten days to remove the effect talking once to them had?

Correct.
Alright one last thing when was the time you drop dead at night and I want to try playing different and less stressfull than usually, my playstyle should be at fault.
How do others do it, plant less crops at once or maximize the day so to speak.
I always reach a point where I try running a track not losing even a minute, at least it feels that way, which is why I think I did something wrong before.
You pass out at 2am.

Once you've got a decent field of crops being watered by sprinklers, you can spend less time tending the fields and more time doing what you like. Maybe spend some days focusing on just chatting with everyone, or spending the whole day fishing.
If you don't want to be stressed out, then don't plant more than you can water. I typically plant as much as I can manage to water during the morning, but then go do something different with my afternoons.

The goal is to be financially independent. You don't HAVE TO farm to do that. Some farming is useful (for various reasons), but don't make your self crazy with it. Plant what you can manage without feeling stressed.

Also don't try to do everything in a single day. Pick a thing to concentrate on for any given day. "Today I'm going fishing." "Today I'm going to the mines" "Today I'm going foraging and talking to any villagers I see". etc.

Also, work on fixing the Mine Carts. Those make things easier.
Okay thank you, now I remembered another thing, While I'm searching for the mines, is there something I can seriously miss out on and make a huge mistake if I somehow avoid doing certain things for a long time?
Otherwise I would just see what I encounter. I still have to get the last two guys but it's just the third day I believe.

Good I try to be patient. You got that right I played a few farm games but somehow let things like a timer or frienship decreasing cause aditional stress until I heard it's not that punishing and locks in at a certain point.
