No Audio!

So I've booted this back up for the first time in forever.
Adjusted the screen resolution to fit my new TV, and after it registered the new resolution, I lost all audio.
I've closed the game and re-opened twice now and still nothing.
Has anyone got any ideas, please?

Just tried an uninstall/re-install.
Audio worked and then as soon as I Fullscreened, the audio immediately dropped out.

Check your audio output channel. Rather often modern operating systems think you want audio going to the newest audio out they detect. So just switching to a tv can change the output from system to the tv hdmi. Same with when a controller is connected.
