Is there any way to make fruit trees grow faster?

nope, not without mods. Though you can plant them on ginger or within the greenhouse, if planting them now misses their season

whats the rush? trees can be fertilized, but fruit trees have a 28 growth period. which is fine. if you want value from the fruit i'd recommend throwing the fruit into a dyhydrator, thee value of dehydrated tree fruit is basically thee same as iridium quality.

I and a few others have sometimes had forgotten to plant apple/pome trees before 25th of Summer and have to wait all the way until the greenhouse is fixed to plant them and get the fruits in time for year 1.
