Chat Command - Unlink Player Name

Hey guys! I was wondering if anyone can help me on this Chat Command "/unlinkPlayer [name]". I've tried doing it in the game on my Multiplayer Farm but I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly or it is working. Is the player name using their in-game username or their Steam username? Can help someone help me, please? Thank you 😊
