Does the sickle effect the chance to get wild seeds?
I feel like using the sword gives me less but have no idea so figured I would ask. I could just google it but am already on steam and I am quite lazy.

AFAIK, it doesn't matter what you cut the bushes with. There's a book that you can get later on to boost the rate slightly. source of book: from the raccoons

Do you mean mixed seeds? I generally get these from running seed makers

I did not know that was a thing either, I have many hours on this game but spent most of it fishing... I like fishing.

if you run seed makers theres a 2% chance of getting mixed seeds and a .5% Chance of getting a single ancient seed

so if my goal was mixed seeds for whatever reason, I would plant something like blueberries and feed them thru an array of like 30 seed makers. which again if I'm doing this my goal is probably ancient seeds to start my greenhouse but that also generates mixed seeds.
