I believe I already asked about relationship and found something suggesting that 1 talk with them gives 20 and every day -2, soooo depending on how I play maybe talking with them two or three days could be enough.
I realized that I probably always planted to much and wanted to fish to much to be able to relax during the gameplay loop and not run around tilll i drop dead right into the bed at night if I can make it.
That was my behavior for most faming games, I wanted to change that by startig with less crops.

Otherwise I just wanted some tips or a guide suggested to avoid any potential rivals that exist and take away a love interest because I don't realize any timings.

Honestly I thought when i can get the will to try the game seriously, i wanted to get to know the characters, but that could end up in a very frustrating moment.

Okay that's a plus, I hated to feel rushed in these games so far, partly my own fault honestly.

hiii, and nope u dont have to be rushed but if u are used to the rival relasionships i think theres a mod for dat if u wanted it

it takes 250 points for each heart, you should read the wiki it explains the mechanics best

Talk to people as you run around doing things. Later on when you have plenty of items that the villagers love, you can get their heart levels up really quickly just by gifting those items a couple of times a week. The 1.6 update also added some new ways to get friendship, such as Stardrop Tea, which is a loved gift for everyone and can be gifted without it counting to the two gifts per week limit.

Doing the requests that sometimes pop up on the board outside Pierre's also gives you some extra affection with whoever it was who posted the request.

edit: if you don't want to miss anything, then I would suggest you make an effort to get Sam to 3 hearts in year one, it's the only missable heart event in the game. Go to the beach when you get him to 3 hearts. All others for every other character can be seen at any time.
