Accidentally said NO to Willy, he never opened that door and i can't fix his boat :(

Did you mod something? Usually, you can view the teaser cutscene after a certain point in time, then he sends a letter after you complete the community center which opens up the second cutscene and the repair quest.

No mods at all, but maybe i'm missing something? i remember getting a letter i think, and him inviting me over to show me something. and then i sadly also remember missclicking. By now i've even collected all the crabs from his shop, and I assume, the boat invitation is before that

There's nothing in the base game to decline. None of the boat repair stuff is tied to his friendship level either.

Did you complete the community center or pay off Joja and watch their respective cutscenes?
Do you have willy's letter: "Invitation to willy's backroom" in your collection tab?
