Ostrich Incubator don't unlock

I have donate all the fossils (all of them), i didn't saw any cutseen or recive the recipe for the Ostrich Incubator

I have done all of that but nothing. It happen with the tea sapling recipe too but in this case i made Caroline have zero hearts with me and i went to 2 again and unlock it

what something simple (and i feel stupid for not think this) in the border there are 2 task one with flowers and 1 another 1. One of these didn't took the game that i did anser correctly so i did a restart and all is fine. Thank you for you time and your advise. Have a nice day
