Best spring crops?

Right now, I have 75 strawberries. I have 125 empty crops left, and I can't buy more strawberry seeds at the moment. What should I plant in those 125 crops? It is day 1 of spring

I think rhubarb is a good option if you have access to the desert.
Otherwise I usually go for cauliflowers or green beans.

Potatoes are good for first year when you are starting out.
But after that there are better options if you are looking to earn more money.

I use coffee as my cash crop

Depends on where you are in the game.

Year 1: Potatoes or Coffee if you can find any.
Year 2: Ancient Fruit, Strawberries, coffee.
Year 3 and beyond: Ancient Fruit / special project because you want to build something special.

The best crop in the game is Sweet Gem Berry (Rare Seed), but it only grow in fall and take a whole season to grow. So for me the SGB is worse then by Ancient Fruit simply because it grow for all seasons (apart from winter), never has to be replanted and have the second highest yield in the game. Ancient Fruit also takes a full season to grow, but it is far easier to mass produce them then SGB.

This is a site that I use to get the max. amount of profit for each crop in every season. Personally, I went with the parsnips for my first year. If you can keep up with them, they grow in four days. It takes green beans and cauliflower much longer to grow. If you haven't finished clearing the entire farm area, it might be best to get as many short growth crops as possible. I know there's a lot more to min and max profits for Stardew Valley. The first game year is always the hardest though. You don't have much cash on hand for seeds or upgrades.
