It doesn't really do anything, i think when it's done "incubating" it has a chance to give you the alien Rarecrow?

i know something comes out of it i personally threw mine away i dont need something roaming my farm

It has something really strange in it, which will break free and escape into the world if you leave the capsule alone. You will notice the capsule is cracked open and empty when it has happened. Who knows what it really is, and what long term effect it will have on the world when everything is said and done. It might be the beginning of the end :DSTskull:
