Settings button not appears on the main menu

Please tell me how do i get this fixed? I do not have any mods installed or something. Ont he main menu there is no settings button....

Is your resolution too high obscuring your settings options?

I don't think there usually is one on the main menu.

One gets added by a particular mod, but usually the options are either a- in the gear on the screen for starting a new game, or b- inside the game itself on the second tab from the right.

eta: just verified with a vanilla launch. Main menu should have 'new', 'load', 'co-op', and 'exit' for words; on the right hand side is a speech bubble that lets you pick a language, and a ? that shows credits. There's no options. The gear on the main screen you're remembering is added by Generic Mod Config Menu (GMCM), which many many many mods have a required dependency for.

LMK what kind of issue you're having that you need the options before getting into the game, and I'll see if I can hunt down a fix.

Many thanks to you Sunny. I have watched a video that showed how to slow down or make a day longer through the main screen options. I didn't know that the option button exists only when you install a Generic Mod. And now, i don't know why, my sound works again!
Do you know how i get this Mod? Is there a reliable website?
