Where are all the dragon teeth?

I feel like I'm going insane, I've been in the volcano dungeon for several ingame weeks without finding a single one! I have many since before, but not enough left to build the mini-forge, but I find NONE. The lava lurkers never drop and I find dragon remains maybe once a month, always empty. Have they been nerfed? Do I just give up and get a stingray pond instead?

Make sure you've got plenty of inventory space open when you're fighting the lava lurks as their drops will go directly into your inventory. If you're full, the stuff they drop often falls into the lava. Also be careful with bombs around the dragon teeth that spawn on the ground in the dungeon as bomb will destroy them IIRC.

Thanks, unfortunately they never even drop or spawn in the first place :(

I went through this as well, they are a pain in the ass to get. 15% chance of a drop from lurkers, so you have to kill 6-7 just to get one on average. In the end I would just water large areas and make sure I'm standing directly on them as they die.

Took me forever to get enough, and that was even before the 1.6 patch. You just have to be patient and keep trying. Good luck!

sweep the volcano with burglar rings and have stingray ponds.

You can get Dragon teeth by having a max size Stingray fish pond and if you give the pond a Animal cracker it will double the amount.

Robin is building a pond right now, I gave up on the volcano lol, but wow thank you so much I actually had no idea treats work on ponds!!

Try the Stingray (?) the fish you can catch on ginger island and place it in an.. uuh.. a fishpond was the thingys name
they will have a chance to drop dragon teeth

The issue with the stingray pond is that you need a dragon tooth for the last population quest. They won't produce dragon teeth before 9 population, you need one to break the 5 population cap. So it won't help you if you are not finding any.
