Steam Deck Crashing

Getting consistent crashes in game on Steam Deck that makes unplayable for more than 5 minutes. All was good prior to latest patch. (yes, ran file integrity check). Anyone else on Steam Deck crashing constantly? Played fine on PC.

Currently going back and forth between PC and Steam Deck, and no crashes at all.

Currently finishing up my first year and it's been working flawlessly actually...

Same, crashing on swinging axe or hoe, as well as trying to enter the Saloon

I just ran a SteamOS update and it seems to be fixed now

As an update, I'm just about to finish my first year on the Steam Deck, and the last few days have had random slowdowns where the game almost freezes, and then I'm back while my character was apparently still moving during the time the screen was frozen.

Hasn't crashed still, and this issue has been VERY rare for me, but so far it's only during the Winter.

Get the latest update - there were some bugs in 1.6.6, but they're fixed in 1.6.7.

A year later... it crashes on steam deck regularly. I can sometimes play a whole day, more often it'll be nearly a whole day and then it crashes. Sometimes it'll be every few minutes. I've tried playing both modded and unmodded, but same thing. I'm on the latest version.

So i wanted to start a new run and it seems it always crashes a few minutes in without any error or crashreport. im playing on Windows 11. its alwas like its freezes for a few seconds a couple of times and then just closes with a blackscreen.

Is there any solution to this steam deck crashing issue? Mine keeps crashing right before starting a new day, I've repeated the same day 5 times now.

Updating Steam Deck os and restarting always fixes any problems for me. You could also try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
