Usually I age cheese there. It's faster and better value than aging wine.

casks take too long to age products so i just use my basement as another shed my basement is full of mayo machines and what not

Use for age cheese or alcohol.

I prefer wine in non moded game, cus you just double value of 125 flasks each two seasons with very small effort and attention.
