Removing Bushes on Meadowlands Farm?

I wanted to remove some bushes because they interfere with my design plan... but I don't know how. Chopping them with an ax doesn't work, are they just not removable? All answers are appreciated! ^^

there is a mod that lets you remove bushes from anywhere.
its called Destroyable Bushes

So they cannot be removed without mods?

been so long since I have NOT used mods, but yes some can not be removed as they are part of the landscape.

If you cannot chop them with an upgraded axe you'll need a mod. Some are removable in vanilla, some are not.
