Ok, I understand the logic, but not sure if I understand how flutes works..

, but I am unable to complete it. Clicking exactly the said number of times accord the stones on ground (-1 for place flute)

I have noted the flute does sound also if I just stay next to it, even additional during clicking on it (outside my own activations)... does those also counts toward total needed per flute?

It should work if you place flute blocks in front of every stone mark, then adjust them according to roman numerals with right click, big stone = V, small stone = I . Then you just run near them left to right and they should play the same 5 notes from night market puzzle. At least that's what I remember.

Volf is right, but check the numbers of stone in one tile. Big stone means 5, small stone means 1. 2 Big stones + 1 stones = 2 x 5 + 1 = 11 clicks to tweak the flute note.

Yes. Just place the flute blocks directly above or below the five "blocks" with the signs. Then tune each flute block according to the image: a big circle = 5 clicks, a small circle = 1 click.

After you're done, run past all five of them from left to right while it is raining.

Aye, as JVC said, don't forget to do the run once you've set the block flutes.
If for the latter you aren't sure anymore how many times you clicked, just mine the flutes blocks and replace them.
It's not that complicated
