I gave Robin the materials and gold to make the house. It was the day before the Luau. She didnt build on the day of the Luau. Next day she isnt working and just sitting as a vendor in her home. I am going to play a few more days and see if this fixes itself.

I don't think she will be off "building" for Pam - she has her usual schedule and that house just "magically" got built a few days later.
At least that's how I remember it.
