For yet another greenhouse option, the Oasis Greenhouse mod by DaisyNiko is a more aesthetic design that also adds a spa and wine cellar.

Other is Timespeed - if you adjust it just slightly you may find pace of game more enjoyable without cheating too much.
NPC locations is comfortable for track NPC and no need to check/learn their schedule.
Lookup anything - it is like having wiki in game
Bigger backpack - I would argue vanilla game should include it as late/end game option.
Horse overhaul - mostly for reduced size so horse squeeze everzwhere where you are used as character too.

It's pretty much the only mod I'm using right now, but it is so convenient to have. It doesn't change anything else in the game, so if you're a minimalist who would prefer not to have anything game-breaking or that seems like an overhaul of the base experience, it's a good one.
