Their island mod is great for expanding Ginger island
I have used all the mods mentioned above together with out any problems, but you will need a good PC with at least or more then 8GB RAM, I have 16 GB RAM myself.
If you have Zulu down town , you may also want Walk to the Desert.
If you want lots of new npc's (aside from the lot you get in Ridgeside and East Scarp), then you might also want the bus stop expansion that provides a boarding house for npc's , then take you pick on npc mods, just make sure that they have been updated and compatible.
Visit Mount Vapius is another one that adds alot and is compatible with the others.
Lunna is an seperat NPC from the same modder as Ridgeside Village and adds another little town trough her questline. She lives just west of the Wizard Tower and blends in perfectly with the new SDVE map.
East Scarp and Zuzu are already mentioned so the only other I can think of right now is Giblitown wich is stil in the making and not yet released, but soon hopefully!
