Even if i just use Deluxe bait, the haul(?) is quite junk free.
And iirc there is even a better bait type yet to discover for me.
The trash can be converted with chance to coal ("Trash" and Driftwood) or guaranteed to Refined Quartz (CD or Glasses) which both can be of good use
Coal is always important to smelt bars or smoke fish (many recipes also use it)
Refined Quartz can be neat for actually using decor floors that use Refined Quartz, helps with cutting down on resources needed for Solar Pannels, quality sprinklers, garden pots and lightning rods (if you havent already placed like 20-30 by the point you get fishing 10)
It might not make big money via increasing fish prices, but it can cut the resources and doesnt require you to think about planting bait into it
Which also saves time and resources in that regard, you dont need to make bait for it, you dont need to have your bait maker be occupied with bait for the pot and you can use whatever bait you make just for your fishing rod
Unless you dont want the trash and just the fish to sell, then this is completely useless, but if you like to have some passive possible coal and refined quartzs from them then its something to consider (or if you just hate fishing and just do it to get to level to 10 to get mastery later then luremaster is probably best for you)
and the bait is free
crab bait gives twice as much therefore costs half as much therefore is less than free! (lol)
