The Prismatic Frog (Frog Egg Trinkets) eats the last stone crab monster on the monster floor and the ladder to the lower floor does not appear

Unrelated to the frog, but the ladders on monster floors have been bugging after the last update. It sometimes takes a long time for the ladder to spawn after killing all the monsters. It usually spawns after I've ran along the whole outer wall of the floor. Pretty annoying.
