It stopped raining
Rain as completely stopped since last spring... I'm now halfway through summer it's it's 30 days straight of clear sky... is this normal?

Just random chance, for the most part. There's guaranteed to be at least two thunder storms every summer, though, plus exactly one green rain, so you definitely will be seeing some more rain soon.

Also, if you craft a Rain Totem[stardewvalleywiki.com] which you can do after reaching Foraging level 9, you'll be able to force rain on most days. You'll need one hardwood, one truffle oil and 5 pine tars to craft one, though. :toodee_pig:

Can you force thunderstorm for battery pack farming ?

I think you can by using another rain totem.

Apparently, according to the Wiki, this seems to have been patched out in the 1.6 update. So while yes, you have been able to in the past, it doesn't seem like you can anymore... :Beebz_Angry:
