Sun Haven is a good game, it's very fantasy though if that's not your jam.
Coral Island is great but it's not finished, don't let 1.0 fool you, it's missing a lot of content from the back third of the game.
Other than that you're taking a risk on more niche or middling titles, you've already covered the other standouts.
Coral island looked interesting but I did see a bit of mixed reviews so ill give that one some time.
Thanks for the suggestions on the story of seasons but I guess I also just don't like their artstyle anymore, I know the whole situation with them losing the rights to call the games harvest moon, I just preferred the 2d artstyle the older games had more.
Ehh not loving the artstyle.
Brookhaven Grimoire
Gleaner Heights
Rune Factory Series
Dinkum
Harvestella
Forager
Kynseed
Its the reason why I haven't read say one piece even though I know from osmosis and its popularity that it is a legit amazing show but I just can't get over how much I dislike its art style.
you're probably going to be sad and disappointed with the typical genre offerings if art is a priority
