This is a really good point. Have no idea how long it will potentially be before I get another shot at buying those items I pointlessly passed on. *cries in vanishing eggs*
Unique currencies obtained in festivals end after festivals, so you would normally assume it's the same for eggs
The currencies from other festivals aren't usually physical items. The calico eggs are.
I would normally assume I should prepare for the obvious bad-case scenario, or just check online, before hoarding anything limited that I have no indication won't disappear. It's a good rule of thumb in general ; if there are two possible outcomes, one is terrible, and you're aware of it, prepare for that one.
But yeah this event does feel a bit different with how it handles things, I actually thought it was a modded event before this thread
