Cant Build and Attic?

I go to buy the renovation but they keep saying something is in the way but there is nothing. Anyone else having these issues?

i had the same issue once- turned out that the starry wallpaper my wife penny had put up was the issue. the stars were objects hanging on the wall, not pattern on the wallpaper itself. check if there´s something on the wall

There's probably something there. If you start on the new Meadowlands farm, there are these little bits of trimming that end up on that wall as you expand. You have to move them first.

Yep turned out it was red and white trimming next to the windows.

You might avoid building the attic for the moment. There was some reports that people lost their pets because the pet would wander to the attic and that apparently bugged something.
